Generally costume budgets are too slim to purchase the real deal. So we will create a look that sells the high end look either by constructing or purchasing. As for the individual out there on a budget an example from the Fall 2010 Prada runway is showing chainmail over a white dress. I found this chainmail and white turtleneck dress online for under $100. With a little foot work you can find more choices, but this is an example of having the “look” without the big bucks.
